Welcome to Villa Can Fe, a charming holiday villa located in one of the most peaceful and privileged areas in the north of Mallorca. Surrounded by nature, next to the prestigious Alcanada Golf Course and just a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Sant Pere, Sant Joan and Es Coll Baix, it is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
Recently renovated, Villa Can Fe combines the charm of traditional Mallorcan architecture with all the modern comforts needed for an unforgettable stay.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is arranged over two floors. Upstairs you will find two spacious double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a second bathroom with shower and a cosy living room with television.
The outdoor area is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the property. A covered terrace provides the perfect setting for breakfast or lunch outdoors, while the spacious terrace with barbecue, outdoor dining table and comfortable chill-out area invites you to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. On a lower level you will find the private swimming pool, complete with sun loungers and parasols, making it the ideal place to unwind under the Mallorcan sun.
Thanks to its excellent location, Villa Can Fe offers the tranquillity of a natural setting while remaining just a short drive from Alcúdia's historic old town, Puerto de Alcúdia, restaurants, supermarkets, beaches and a wide range of leisure activities.

Booking Conditions
To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total rental amount is required by bank transfer.
Once we receive your booking request, we will send you a booking confirmation by email together with all the reservation details and our bank account information.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid by bank transfer one day before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival date.
For cancellations made within 15 days of arrival, the reservation deposit (50% of the total rental price) is non-refundable.
Security Deposit
A €300 security deposit is required and must be paid together with the reservation deposit.
The security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within a maximum of 7 days after departure, provided the property has been left in good condition and no damage has occurred during your stay.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in
Check-in is available from 4:00 pm onwards.
Whenever possible, we will be pleased to offer an earlier check-in if the villa is ready before the standard arrival time.
Check-out
Check-out must take place before 10:00 am.
If you would like to extend your stay on the day of departure, please ask us about our Late Check-out service, subject to availability.
Important Information for Your Stay
Our aim is to ensure that you enjoy a relaxing and memorable holiday. We kindly ask you to take note of the following information:
The maximum occupancy of the villa is 4 guests.
Parties and events are not permitted without prior authorisation.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Pets are welcome only upon prior request and subject to the owner's approval.
Water, electricity and high-speed internet are included in the rental price. We kindly ask all guests to use these resources responsibly in order to help protect the environment and preserve the property.
Before your arrival, we will send you a QR code showing the location of the nearest public recycling point, where household waste can be disposed of at the end of your stay. Recycling facilities are available for different types of waste.
The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of registered guests. Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
Should you experience any problem or notice any maintenance issue during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can resolve it promptly.
